Philippe Jadoul is a seasoned business executive and investor with deep experience in company development, governance, and strategic leadership. He has a long track record as an entrepreneur and advisor across a range of sectors.

Philippe began his career practicing law with leading international law firm Clifford Chance in Brussels and London, where he developed a strong expertise in corporate and commercial legal work. Over more than a decade, he was a partner at prominent Belgian law firm Altius, advising on complex M&A transactions and corporate governance.

In 2003, Philippe became a founding member of Vialegis, where he later became CEO for both the Belgian and international activities, demonstrating his ability to scale businesses and lead cross-border initiatives. In 2017, he sold Vialegis to (private equity-backed) House of HR. He serves on the boards of various companies and non-for-profit associations.

In addition to his work in advisory and governance, Philippe is an active angel investor, supporting innovative ventures in technology and services, and an active LP in a number of private equity and VC funds. He applies his expertise to help entrepreneurs grow and create long-term value.

At Vista, Philippe serves as Non-Executive Director. Leveraging his extensive experience and broad network, including within the private equity community, he acts as a valuable sounding board to the management team and supports the company’s strategic development.
